Featuring a simple and elegant cover with a large Disney "D," the program opens to reveal information about the awards ceremony including the "Legendary Honorees," Ub Iwerks and Walt's "Nine Old Men," with Michael Eisner and Roy E. Disney speaking. 1989 was the second year the award was given and unfortunately, only 4 of the recipients were alive to receive the award. Measuring 8.5"x5.5", the program is in good condition with minor edge and corner wear, visible scuffing, and discoloration on the cover.
